FAQ

Our Core Values

Ministry Desk provides contracted remote assistants to Christian leaders of non-profits, businesses, and churches.  Our purpose is to provide top quality administrative assistance to like-minded Christian leaders who are looking for a remote assistant due to various reasons such as not having a strong pool of candidates within their own networks or wanting to save money by hiring a remote assistant vs. a full-time staff member.

We expect our assistants to enter into their client’s organization by becoming a part of their team and culture, and by operating within the client’s processes and systems. This full integration approach allows for seamless communication, efficiencies, and processes. We expect our assistants to think ahead of their client by anticipating needs and being flexible while having a heart to serve with a joyful attitude.

All of our team members and assistants are committed believers of the gospel of Jesus Christ and affirm the TGC Confessional Statement.

Jacintha has been married to Calvin for 15 years and is mother to two boys, Emet and Abner.
She has work experience in hiring, event planning, hospitality services, interior design, cosmetology, retail management, and office management. Like pieces of a puzzle, these positions worked together to hone separate but needed skills. She has over a decade of experience planning events from 7,000+ attendee festivals to smaller events that taught her to focus on both small details and the larger picture, while helping others share the same vision.
Years of relational-driven management sharpened her administrative and coaching expertise by equipping others to develop their own skills - a quality that’s also seen in her role as a parent, investing in her sons through meaningful and impactful moments. That same attention to detail has influenced her interior design, growing her natural imagination by forcing her to be creative within the boundaries of the task at hand.
